For me, it does not matter in what position it will be necessary to work- Chief officer or Second officer, but with one condition, contract should not be more than four months.
I graduated Kyiv State Maritime Academy, Department of Navigation, Degree is a Bachelor of Navigation.
For twelve years at sea I was working on different types of vessels and in various positions. Basically I worked in a mix crew. Good English.
Experience in passing: Port Control, GL, Flag State inspections, ISM & ISPS audits. Three times the experience in the acceptance of the new-built ships from shipyard.
Two contracts of experience in ice conditions, without icebreaker and in the convoy (following after the icebreaker).
During this period when I worked at Port of Izmail, I worked on different types of vessels: pilot boat, fire boat, crew boat, water-filled vessel supplying fresh water at sea ships, ASD tugs. Area of operations: the waters of the Danube river ports, the river Danube. Last eleven contracts I worked in Europe (Atlantic Ocean, Bay of Biscay, English Channel, the North Sea, Baltic sea, Gulf of Bothnia, Gulf of Finland), Black sea and Mediterranean Sea, Caribbean Sea, Indian Ocean.

For the entire period of work on vessels, I had an experience in various fields of activity: concerning the vessel in general:
LSA, PPE, FFE, on board;
ECDIS, paper navigation charts, nautical publications their corrections and update, preparations of the Passage Plans; The inspection and verification of GMDSS equipment according to the radio regulations (daily, weekly, monthly, arrival, departure... testing); Navigation watch;
Cargo Handling Operations: Cargo planning, Extensive experience in handling of containers, Ballast Operations, Stability calculation, Communication with planners and stevedores, Segregation DG cargo, Damage reports...;
Organization and carrying out of ISM & ISPS code on board; ships drill;
Arrival and Departure documents; Updating and preparation of ships forms: crew change, embarkation & disembarkation of passengers ( Familiarization, COMPANY'S POLICY Acknowledgement, Muster list, Safety committee members, Sign-on/off form, Search Plan, Watch Plan, Next of Kin, Qualification report, Allotment Order, Travel Expenses, Certificate of Services, IMO & ISPS Crew List, Passenger List; CE declaration...;
