We a Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services Providers (an ISO and MLC certified) located in Jakarta. Our services as follows;
Crew recruitment based on our valued principals’ standard and requirements of qualifications, trainings, certifications and documentations. Pre-employment processes; medical examinations and fitness certificates, Seafarer Employment Agreement (SEA), flag state arrangement, briefing and familiarization, ensuring compliance according to industry standards, etc. Pre-departure arrangements; visa application and arrangement (US C1D, Schengen and other countries), ticket/flight, monitoring of crew flight departure, coordinating with agent at joining port, etc. Payroll, working gear supply, crew monitor and re-employment Crew planning, crew engagement, crew development and crew retention. We offer Indonesian crew with the qualifications as follows;
Well-trained and holding valid certificates based on STCW 2010, related industry and flag state. Having at least 4 years good and adequate experiences as according to the position and type of ship placed, including experienced working with other nationalities and world-wide trade. Good in English. We will arrange direct interview or skype/phone interview and providing Marlins English certificate if required. Medically FIT as per an ILO/MLC or insurance/industry standard by licensed and certified Clinic. Having certain advantages concerning to their behavior and positive attitudes; diligent and ready to do overtime jobs in any circumstances, hard worker, strong commitment, patient, and put high concern to the safety. Salary based on your good company standard or if you require us providing economical scale due to market presence of Indonesian crew. We fully guarantee each of our crew placed for their qualification and certification, including completion of the contract period. If any our crew incompetence or break the contract, we will be responsible to cover all costs incurred for his employment and repatriation back to his home country.
