We are pleased to introduce You our manning agency “Navi Maritime Group” LLC, which is based in Odessa, Ukraine. Beginning from 2016, We consistently provide our Clients with highly qualified Seafarers, who meet the requirements and standards of the modern marine industry.

Our company holds a license issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine as the agent for employment of Seafarers of Ukrainian nationality to work abroad. Our database counts thousands of experienced crew members for the different types of merchant fleet vessels (bulk carriers, tankers, RO-RO cargo ships, passenger ships etc.).

We provide wide range of services for our Clients, including:

∙ Recruiting. Searching and selection of highly qualified and well-experienced Seafarers suitable for vessels of our Clients.

∙ References from previous employers. We always ask for references from the previous Companies or Crewing Agents for which a candidate previously served.

∙ Knowledge of English Language. If needed, we can provide You with CES or Marlins certificates for each crew member.

∙ Medical fitness. All seamen are medically examined only at specialized marine medical institutions.

∙ Visa arrangements.

∙ Flag documents support for Crew.

∙ Booking and/or collecting air-tickets, train, bus tickets.

∙ We are the Authorized Training Partner of SAFEBRIDGE, so we can provide any Seafarer with different ECDIS Training Courses, including TRANSAS Navi-Sailor 4000, JRC, SIMRAD, and others.

∙ We cooperate with FURUNO, so that any Seafarer can pass the FURUNO ECDIS TRAINING and receive the appropriate certificate almost immediately in our office.
