General manager marine

As a General manager, I have experience of more than 20years in marine industry and 5 years of experience as a GM. I am adept in scheduling/ safety, team leadership and class & administration. Moreover, while my on the job experience has afforded me a well rounded skill set, including first rate communication and team building abilities. I excel at improving processes, reducing safety risk and maximizing efficiency. In experience with managing an operation and later shipyard, I had around 150 staff under me. Being involved in part of various fields of shipping, that experience gave me an over all view and helped to meet any challenge that has been put to me.
