Voices from Khandadhar hills
This is an experimental documentary film based on my experience that I had with the Paudi Bhuyans, a particular vulnerable tribe of the Khandadhar hills in Odisha, India. I went to around seven villages in Khandadhar, which has the highest waterfall of Odisha and the oldest people inhabit this place. A few mining companies like POSCO are interested in Khandadhar for the precious natural resources available here like iron ore. It was one of the most treasured experience I had when I was living with the Paudi Bhuyans where I realised how it is still possible to co-exist with the environment and forest by being a part of the greater landscape and nature.
