Introducing Maryland ePath
Kate Davenport and Lauren Frederic from EcoVentures International present a new, easy to use tool to help Maryland businesses identify and benefit from green cost-saving practices and increased revenues through accessing green minded customers. This webinar is designed to train small business counselors and practitioners on the Maryland ePath tool. Maryland ePath (www.marylandepath.com) is a web platform that offers small businesses a variety of resources and tools, some of which are useful for any type of business, and some of which are specifically designed for businesses in a particular sector, such as agriculture or manufacturing. Additionally, the site offers specific information on green financing opportunities such as tax incentives and green loans, and stories of real Maryland businesses adopting social and environmental practices, and how those practices have affected their operations, marketing, and sales. Maryland ePath is free and managed by the Microenterprise Council of Maryland and EcoVentures International with funding from the Small Business Administration.
