We offer to appoint us as Owners’ Protecting Agent (OPA) where Owner’s interests can be protected significantly against any kind of unexpected future hassle/disturbance if arise against Shipowners/vessel. If Owners’ will appoint us as OPA (Owners’ Protecting Agent), we can keep stand-by for the subject vessel during her whole stay period at Chittagong Port and in addition if vessel/Owners’ require any kind of Vessel/Owner’s services or requirements, can be served, which please take a note.

In addition to above, as a member of DA-DESK & HARBOR LAB, we can be acted as Owners’ Exclusive Agent where in the event of controlling/checking PDA relevant vessel & Port cost items can be handled by us very efficiently during appointing the Charterer’s nominated agent, the activities of which we are regularly serving to our good principals mentioned above.

(B) Cargo & Ship Relevant Surveys & Pre-cautionary Services:

We would kindly offer below pre-cautionary surveys/services to protect the vessel/Owners’ interests as follows (with providing our lump sum quotations for Shipowners kind considerations) :

1. Cargo Official Draft Surveys (Initial & Final Draft Surveys) at Chittagong/Mongla Ports.

2. Continuous Cargo discharge STS Monitoring, cargo conditions survey, assisting Master o/b when necessary during whole discharge period, etc. 

3. Off/On-Hire Bunker & Condition Surveys, etc.

©Miscellaneous OPA/Husbandry Services:

1. Crew Changes (Sign On/Off) Operation together with necessary transportation (road/water-way), hotel accommodation & meal, etc.
